  • How do I register my pet for a free 1 hr pre-assessment session ?
    Every dog undergoes an assessment for its personality, temperament and sociability. The pet passport is verified for vaccination history. Kennel cough must be administered 10 days prior to the admission date. If all of the above conditions are satisfactorily met, your pet is registered at Unleash for Boarding & Daycare.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • Do you accept Cats for boarding?
    Yes we do accept cats for boarding and we have a separate room to take care of the cats.
  • What about food for the pets during Boarding?
    For pets with specific dietery needs, you can provide your pets favorite food and we will feed them at specified feeding schedule for your pet. We also provide food for a nominal charge on request.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

    Please refer to the service section to know about the rates for your fury friend. They vary based on type of pet (Small, Medium, Large) and the season for boarding.
  • Do you offer pick-up and drop for the pets?
    We do offer pet limousine service at a nominal rate which is also listed under the service section in our website.

    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
